Features of our tank head:

1.Haipei Industry tank head is composed of half ellipsoid and a cylindrical straight segments. The Straight section can avoid mutation of radius of curvature between the connection welds of the head and cylinder, thus improving the stress status of the welds. 

2.As The Meridian curvature change of ellipsoidal part of the tank head is smooth and continuous, the stress distribute uniformly.

3.Easy to punch forming compared  with  the hemispherical head, because the depth of ellipsoidal head is smaller than the hemispherical head. (torispherical heads)
